Yes he does.. Rather mercantilist.. it won't work . He get some wins.. but overall no.. He wants the world to be his vassals.. u see that right.. sadly we set ourselves up and he spotted our weakness. He's very good at that. Retaliation is transitory.. u r right long term we can't win that way. we need to build so that tarffs are a big yawn. That needs to be the plan. Make America a convenience.. not a necessity.. then we have power. Not until then.
