Huge amount of shares outstanding??? Last I checked they only had 2.44 million..That is pretty low..Are you sure you are looking at KRAN?? God Bless kb

I'm using about 4mm on a fully diluted basis. It might be a bit high but it should prevent any surprises. I met Mair Faibish a few months ago and was impressed. He seems credible, and the management team does have the relationships and experience to return the company to meaningful revenues and earnings. Also, I do think there's a lot of upside with the cigar business. Mass market plays can last several years after the "high brow" trend. My broker says this is a 10 dollar stock in the next 12 - 18 months, or maybe he said a higher number. $4.00 would be pretty good too.
