Anyone know of news? GSTRF just dropped 2 and IRIDF is up almost 3. Reallocation by a fund manager or something real?

Anybody on the thread have an idea how the products offered by GILTF will affect the GSTRF model. I just found out about this company GILTF, and as a long time GSTRF holder, would appreciate any thoughts on this question. It seems to me that GILTF offers products that may provide an alternative to phone service through GSTRF for rural areas without any infrastructure in place.
