Didn't the latest press release state "Next Level Sportsystems" to be the company involved? Perhaps a technicality that makes this current line of chatter meaningless?

I just placed trademarks on the letters "G" and "E" (both caps and lower case). So everyone expect had better stop using those 2 letters....

I have told all the computer and typewriter manufacturers to star removing them from the key boards on all future models.

I never suggested that all of the shareholders "commit suicide" over the likelihood that "Next Level" cannot be used.

It's a matter that needs to be looked at, and is a big deal, but by itself might not be a valid reason to jump ship or whatever other metaphor one might come up with.

My main concern is that "Next Level" is in the logo (that a reputable designer created?) as is plainly visible on the web site, and has been represented as a big part of why this company should be worth more.
