It wasn't OK to require the Postal Service to prefund their pension plan to that extent to begin with.
No other federal pension plan was required to be prefunded to that extent. Republicans did it in 2006 precisely because they knew it would make the P.S. look bad and would balloon their pension plan. Which in turn would bolster their plans to privatize it and the pension plan would be a very ripe cherry for any raider to raid a few years after getting control of it.

I was just thinking, the real question to as all the core democrat 20% is do you believe biden was senile and when did you know it. Biden was replaced by willy brown's mistress. willy brown gave her, her first start as a prosecutor in San Francisco. And possibly here performance below and above the sheets also got her put on 2 boards that gave her 100k additional each per year. Now with the loving mentoring of willy brown created a foundation of her life experience and current judgement she said when asked if biden did anything wrong during their 3+ year administration.

Do you democrats believe and agree with that opinion of your candidate, willy brown's former mistress?

I believe I know the answers hard core followers of current democrat political porn stars.
