Dave: Been down the road with Schwab---eSchwab---Schwab500. Each one of the above has something good. Each one has something bad. The handholding from Schwab500 appears to me to be the weakest advice with the highest cost. You can negotiate with some full service brokers and come up a better fee schedule than Schwab500 and obtain superior info.........or at least I think so----and I will refuse to get into a flame argument with anyone on this basis. Happy is as happy does and I remain happy........gggg I still have an eSchwab acct for infrequent trades and I won't close the door to future business, but they will have to alter their methods, not me.
