Russia and the US did reduce the amounts somewhat, so there was that hope. But now Trump has made war and nukes a REAL issue, and ironically Trump has instilled fear in our allies about us e.g. Canada is worried about Trump invading them. And it looks like France and the UK will spread their nukes to the EU. I read somewhere awhile back that Taiwan has nukes at the ready i.e. they can get them quickly? Trump starting a nuclear war was always my biggest fear. Still is!
