That's why I'm telling you that two rocket explosions in a row is a serious sign of FUBAR.
The person who will make that determination is Elon Musk. No one will come close to the extent of the after-action on this.

Remember, this guy has his own interests at stake. If he believes they need to hold up the schedule in order to find the problem, he'll do just that. If he believes they have found it, he'll report it to appropriate government departments and they will make their decisions.

But at the end of the day, the problem is going to be discovered by his own people. I don't know how it works in your business, but the rule is when it is your own business at stake, you're motivated to find the problem. I realize it may not apply the Socialist Republic of California, but in Texas that's how it will work.
