Mark from RNTK IR just got back to me. He reiterated there is an anti-shorting clause for the Series A preferred which extends to third parties as well as the buyers.

He further stated that the Series B is not bottomless although the language in the Quarterly does not make that clear. Also both the Series A and B have restrictions on how many of the shares can be converted at any one time to prevent any dumping on the market.

The company is planning to use these funds for certain acquisition opportunities that are arising. We may hear more about these before long. He also said he expected the company to be profitable by the end of this year and that they were not merely going to rely on GTL.

As for the TX deal, he expressed considerable optimism and reiterated that negotioations were at an advanced stage, but he did caution that shareholders should consider it as an "if" and not a "when." His point was that until a deal is signed, one cannot really say "when." He said management would be in Singapore and India for the next month or so.

I also asked him about GTL technology and the price of oil. He said as far as the refinery processes were concerned, with the iron based catalyst process, the price of oil was not really relevant.

Anyone requiring any more details, information or reassurance should call him directly at 303 298-8008.
