Re: Dell Technologies Inc (DELL)

Started a new position in DELL; 9.12x Forward PE; pays a 2.5% dividend; This stock has been volatile trading at/near $95 4/2/2025 (Liberation Day) and selling off to $66.25/share today. I plan to scale into a full 0.5% portfolio position over the next days/weeks at/below $70/share.

Dell has positioned itself as a leader in enterprise AI through its AI Factory initiative. The company provides end-to-end solutions that simplify AI adoption and optimize infrastructure for AI workloads

Seems like a way to get exposure to the AI server market at a reasonable PE.

Several Buys in REITs today mostly adds to current positions below my avg cost:
BRX, PLYM, LAND, LXP, BFS, KIM

More adds to INMD a medical device company w/ HQ in Israel; President Trump talked to Israel Prime minister and their 17% tariff;

InMode has manufacturing and operational facilities not only in Israel (its headquarters in Yokne'am Illit) but also in the United States, with offices in Irvine and Lake Forest, California 5 6. This U.S. presence could help mitigate some of the tariff impact if InMode shifts part of its production or assembly processes to its American facilities.
Other small Buys;

MTW, UMC,
