He simply pointed to the fact that the origins of IP addresses used were from Ukraine. It is a fact that DDoS attacks typically use spoofed IPs so, that might or might not have meaning. He was specific that these were IP addresses, not means of geo locating the senders.
I stopped reading after this.

"He said the IP addresses were from Ukraine, but he didn't really mean they're from Ukraine."

Just like "'Normalize Indian hate' isn't really hate speech."

Or "market cap and valuation are two different things."

Or "I didn't find any evidence of bad accounting on the part of DOGE because I didn't want to read an article from the NYTimes."

The amount of reality warping here could propel a starship to speeds above light ...
