Healthmed wants the company they should buy it from us shareholders... press release applies to them most of all... Lidaks board is pursuing due diligence in asking for information... Lidaks board does not know anymore than we do about Healthmed. Healthmed is making threats instead and just wants to fire the board.. I think it stinks.. don't care either way as long as shareholders don't get hurt... don't know squat about Healthmed and Healtmed doesn't see fit to come clean with us shareholders.. they should go hostile if they got all that money and want it so bad... shareholder meeting postponed to April... it should be a barn burner... luis
