I don't have the paper work (details) in front of me, but the settlement concerns shares purchased in 1995.

Just your typical tech-stock-that-went-down-so-let's-sue-'em fiasco.

Interesting. From the original $12M, only about $7.5M got away from the lawyers to be distributed to us shareholders.

BTW: Doug was a defendant (along with bigger fish) named in the suit.

I just assumed that's how NCD has been operating. I'm sure NCD is doing their part to generate demand.
