I'm not sure this is what Crowe wants right now. He has at least two issues with KIWT pink sheet price moving up:
1) less room to make a big splash at IPO time in spring
2) number of shares authorized... an IPO is usually priced in the $10-$30 range, so if he has to split again to make enough shares for the IPO, he might have to go through the hassle of getting s/h approval for more shares to be issued.
