Good evening Wiz. Thanks for your post and update on my stocks. I bought more Merck today and EMC. I bought EMC because storage is going to be vital in the future. I had planned to buy it a lot earlier but never did. I finally decided to get it today because I heard that Dell is thinking about buying a storage company. It was not EMC that was mentioned but I did hear the CEO say at one point that he would not be opposed to a sale of the company. So maybe there will be a double whammy one day for the stock. I am glad that Ann's and my stock look better. We were thinking about selling it but it moved up nicely due to your better outlook for it. gg.

I am not playing Gold or Silver. I hate to own metals in a low inflation environment. But your predictions in that area were very good and Silver could make your target. I figured that Buffett may have bought it thinking it may be used for greater industrial use. Your scenario for use of Silver in the auto industry sounds reasonable.

I am totally surprised with that up move in the Semi equipment stocks. I heard a lot of noise about them and it just came out that there was a 10% down turn in that sector. I guess the Street is going in early. That figures. When I try to do that the stocks fall some more first. gg.

Well, it looks like the accord with IRAQ will stick. Glad I went out of my oil drillers last week. I think that after the Secretary General comes in person with good tidings the market will be going up some more. And I don't think that A. Greenspan will spook the markets. We may have had a better market today if there had been no rumors again about Mr. Rubin resigning. It has been denied again.

I will be looking forward to you posting your trades and telling us what you consider good buys. I am kind of thinking about getting some J&J. The deal between Glaxo/Smith Kline has been scrapped. They could not agree on terms. Sure hope that it will not influence the drugs, it really should not.

Don't mind my ramblings. I go from one to the other. My posts are more quantitative than qualitative. gg. But someone has to post more to keep this thread alive. Stop by more often and I can cut down. gg. I have to eat things that I post many times. WS just does not listen all the time.

Sonny

Hello, TWiz...hope everything's well.

May I humbly ask which financial magazine
you wrote that great article - Titans- ?

I would like to buy and read it, OK?

Re: ATI - has been on a slump - due to soon to
be executed employee stock bonus (I think sometime
this week), where it will be treated just like a
regular cash bonus to employees, hence taxes with-
holding. If employee cannot dish out the required
amount to be withheld, broker is instructed to
sell equivalent shares. This, I think will increase
the float and depress the price somewhat. I will
buy some after the settlement period.

If you cannot post the mags name, can you pls
email - <domwon@flash.net>...

Thank you very much...//dom
