Let me keep this simple.

1)We have $13.3 million in cash with a minor burn rate.
2)Start a open market buyback today using just $1 million of SHAREHOLDER assets.
3)Buy in 100,000 share blocks until the market makers and naked short sellers panic.
4)By Friday our shares will be at $1 with cash to spare from that $1 million to support the stock at that price.

It is too easy.
