Mutual Fund Trading: Time To Flame!

Me again. Installment number seven or so of the MF story. I still own no mutual fund shares. One open order has gone away with no trace (and no message), the other uncancellable MF buy is still hanging around in open orders. I threw an e-mail at mailto://support@datek.com yesterday morning, but have heard nary a thing.

Okay, folks. It's been an enjoyable experiment up to this point, but now I'm ticked. If you're going to advertise MF trading, you gotta deliver something within a reasonable period of time. If something's broken or otherwise delayed, it would really be nice to let me know something or to at least cancel the orders and post a message.

I tried calling the toll-free number, but I have people to do and things to see, so I can't hang on hold forever.
