Jeff It is virtually impossible to get enough information on these small caps to be confident in your DD. The only people with absolute knowledge are the insiders. It is a tough concept that these people can lie outright and suck every dollar out of a company+shareholders and know they can get a way with it. If you find a method of DD which will tell you the insiders are crooks or not, I think you'll be way a head of all of us. In most cases you take a chance on a good story and just watch closely to see if the actions match the words. Any wise investors out there who sold all of it Jan 97? 1 3/8 looks quite a bit better than all of our various exit points. Glenn
