Bonefish,
Do you have an opinions about Biden pardons possibly being rescinded for someone using an auto pen. And may not have been carrying out the presidents will. Cognitively unaware.
There is a 25th amendment for presidents who end up being "cognitively unaware" of what they are doing.

No one applied it while Brandon was in office, so it's too late to declare him as such.

Of course, Trump doesn't give a shit. He just wants to unilaterally decide that everything Brandon did doesn't count.

I've suggested before Jill Biden could possibly be brought up on charges since she knew ( we all knew) SloJoe wasnt really there and she was running meetings in the Oval office. I mean Joe wasnt elected either but at least he was the pretend President

Hey Bonefish, last week you were asking me about Brandon being "cognitively unaware" of the pardons that were supposedly signed via "auto pen."

Got an opinion on the following?

Donald Trump Claims He Didn't Sign Alien Enemies Act Proclamation (MeidasTouch Network)

Despite the blonde Iraqi Information Minister explicitly stating the following ...
President Trump signed a proclamation invoking the Alien Enemies Act regarding the invasion of the United States by the foreign terrorist organization Tren de Aragua. At @POTUS' direction, @DHSgov carried out a counterterrorism operation deporting nearly 200 violent TDA terrorists, which will save countless American lives
... Trump doesn't remember actually signing it.

Therefore, that executive order must be declared null and invalid, and law enforcement agencies are not allowed to act on it, lest they go beyond their mandates.
