Bonefish, The validity of the pardons could make it to the supreme Court Pretty much every unconstitutional action Trump takes is meant to go to the Supreme Court. This one in particular will be laughed out of even the district courts and will never get any further. Tenchusatsu

Hey Bonefish, if you want to see a case go to the Supreme Court, try this one: While I have no sympathy whatsoever for the residents of Gaza, I will oppose any attempts by the Trump regime to silence dissenting voices, such as this guy, Mahmoud Khalil. The assholes who arrested him aren't even giving him due process. He hasn't been charged with any crimes. There has been no evidence put forth proving that this guy gave any material assistance to terrorist groups. His only "sin" is loudly expressing views that happen to align with Hamas. Even Marco the Narco couldn't come up with anything else. This guy was also a green card holder, but the Trump regime is trying to find any legal justifications whatsoever to revoke his permanent resident status. Whether or not the Trump regime is successful or not, the damage is already done, and that's by design. Every single green card holder, every single student visa holder, every single H-1B visa holder (and other visa holders such as I-1) have been given notice. *STFU or be deported.* "Free speech for me, subjugation for thee!"
