There used to be several of these, charging a lot of money because there weren't many other good options. As the Internet has grown, people with money invested in the old higher-cost owned networks have been at a disadvantage relative to new entrants who can "rent" a network at lower costs. >MSFDC was announce last summer, why downgrade now?< Sounds like I wasn't clear-you and I are in total agreement on this point. BTW, I just saw your response to Dave on the cost to the billers-I thought MSFDC (and others) are doing all of that (providing the system and the processing)-have I been misled?
