While scanning the PR newswire waiting for FAMH's release I saw this come through. I figure it was good reading until our release comes out.

CDI Corporation Announces Managed Staffing Contract With Northrop
Grumman

PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- CDI Corporation (NYSE: CDI - news
), a leading provider of technical outsourcing solutions, temporary
staffing and management recruiting, today announced that it has been
awarded a multi- million-dollar managed staffing contract by Northrop
Grumman (NYSE: NOC - news).

Under the terms of a three-year managed staffing contract with Northrop
Grumman Surveillance Battle Management Systems, CDI will manage all
contract labor usage at Northrop Grumman's Melbourne, Florida, facility.
The contract was effective Feb. 1, 1998. Additional terms are not being
disclosed.

Previously, CDI had been providing managed staffing services to the
Melbourne facility under the terms of an earlier agreement.

As a managed staffing provider, CDI is responsible for all aspects of
the staffing process for contract labor for the customer, including
sub-tier vendor management, freeing the customer's management to perform
core functions.
