not sure how many steps you need for that on weight gain, but it was an all fat day, statins babe.

IMO steps are rather useless as a measure unless you have comparative same wt scale measures of weight gain and loss to the steps as a totally basic way to know if the steps are even worth it as steps.. just saying.

the step stuff buys a lot of useless tech, as a selling point for tech and these carte blanch recs to take so many without a reference point.

but definitely a mental feel good I suppose.

but hey, it's vacation time. man, get it all in if the cooking is fine enough.

in the time line of happieness, squeeze it for all your body can handle up front and the genetics you had no control over.
