Shane,

It's a great list! I agree!! I wish I had your ability, and I hope you really don't mind my curiosity, and really thanks for all the great insights b/c with TA you can often get scaroood if you follow airbags for stocks......imo FA essentially improves my odds!

It's just that with TA I need to block out some of (lots of) the noise to do it right, but I try to make sure the issue has some real worth before I get involved with it, then as far as buy/sell I ignore everything. Sometimes, (and this I do not advise) I often buy the chart (so my decision is totally based on the chart/TA) for the obvious pop coming up, then I read about it while I wait for the pop, and then sometimes if I like what I read I keep it. That's how I did KLIC. I didn't get KLIC from you. I saw the chart when I was scanning semi-equips. It looked like it was at a historical buy point, and it had other good technical stuff about it that I watch for. It was $18. I waited for the reversal and bought it at $20. My first target is 30, then I'll see. Meanwhile, I learn about it.

TA changes fast. I try to highlight things that catch my eye when I can.......stuff that seems potentially profitable. I'll sometimes give my personal price target, but I almost never say when to sell. That's a personal decision imo.

Anyway, it's great to be able to share stuff and take what we need from one another to improve our gains where we can. Your input here has dramatically improved my performance. I was really disappointed when you left the thread last year. Duane too. One of these days I'll take a sabat and then you can see if I'm really worth all the trouble of being nice to! <gg>

BTW You didn't miss this rally if you don't have another dime to invest. I'd say then you sound all the way in! and braver than me cuz I'm only in 2/3 of the way in.

Cheers!

E

OT to shane....

I noticed CTI in your list out of the corner of my eye.... It's one of my favorites as well. My question is, how come you never lend us your wit, wisdom and insight on the CTI thread here on SI? I get tired talking to myself at times... ;-)
