I am a large shareholder,and also hold some options. I have served the company as a geological consultant, the last time I did any significant work for the company was during the Kap drill program in July 1996, when I was the project manager. I often take acquisition opportunities to the company, and continue to do so. I alerted the company to the Swan, Kap, Boom, Gayna River and Mosher Lake Projects, some of which were located for Firesteel as a paid researcher, others for stock Finders fee. I have never been a Director. Hope this clears up my interests and my motivation for posting here. Thanks for the inquiry.
