Joe, thank you very much for coming on to try to answer our many questions. Some of us have so much of our personal fortunes invested that we start to sweat at current stock prices. My personal theory is that many, many others are bailing because they have lost the faith. I'm one who is hanging in there even though I'm down nearly 50%.

For the convenience of others, I have reprinted my list of questions with Joe's answers immediately following:

Some questions for Mr. Murphy:
1. Ten contracts with Asian companies were previously announced. Are those
contracts currently generating meaningful minutes, or are we still in some sort of testing
stage?
Ans:testing is over.Meaningful minutes pushed through in March.

2. Have any more contracts for Cyberfax service been signed in Asia or elsewhere? If
not, why not?
Ans. six more contracts have been signed in Asia.

3. I have just received a mailer for real-time internet file transfer software (Dropchute+,
$29.95) which includes real time faxing. Is this direct competition for Cyberfax? If not,
why not?
Ans. I don't know please send me info.

4. At the time we acquired the Cyberfax technology it was stated that we had a one
year head start on the competition. Where are we today relative to the competition?
Ans. same time frame.

5. What are the top three sources of revenue likely to be during the next 12-24
months?
Ans. From signed contracts, I don't know which will be in the top three.

6. What is the status of the several switches in Europe and the UK?
How many are up and running? Which are actually generating revenue?
Switch in place in Denmark generating escalating minutes;Switch ordered for London;Switch ordered for Spain however we are utilizing Interoute switch at present with escalating minutes(lower profit margins because not our switch)

7. Do we have other switches on order for any place in the world?
Ans. NO we want to make sure we are profitable in those countries before we move on

8. What was the actual disposition of Alpha Products?
discontinued operations

9. Did we receive any compensation for R&D Scientific?
no sold back to founder for what we paid for it

10. What is the status of the third acquisition we were alerted was
coming down the pike?
Ans. no comment at this time

11. In which quarter do you expect to see a significant increase in
net revenue?
Ans. if everything goes well this quarter or next (our yr to date sales have increased sixfold over yr ago period)

George,

From your earlier post:

<<< 3. I have just received a mailer for real-time internet file transfer software (Dropchute+, $29.95) which includes real time faxing. Is this direct competition for Cyberfax? If not, why not? >>>

Do they define real-time in the same sense as CyberFax does, i.e., do you get a confirmation from the receiving machine as soon as the fax completes going through the sending machine? Or, as with most internet faxing, is the transmission store-and-forward in which case you don't know when or how reliably the fax will be received?

George,
Just received this E-Mail. Hope it helps a bit.
"Grupo"
Brad,

I don't have an account on SI, so thought I would drop you a message.
To shed a little light on the DROPCHUTE+ question on SI #2972. This
is a software program for internet users only. It is a glorified data file
transfer package. I would not consider it an e-mail or fax replacement.
Both the sender and the recipient must have this software installed. I
would assume that the publisher mentions FAX in his web sight so that
web page search engines will find the web sight when you search for
"fax". Go see the publishers page at www.hilgraeve.com for more info.

It is definitely not anything like CYBERFAX.

Regards,

Mitch
