buying American weapons is a security risk That's very sad; I'm not used to being the bad guy. It's also bad news for the defense industry.

‘There is no kill switch’—The F-35 'kill switch' rumor has been debunked. “After weeks of speculation, the Pentagon formally denies having the ability to remotely disable @LockheedMartin’s F-35 fighter jets.” There is no way in hell that the Pentagon will ever admit that they have a kill switch on any of the military equipment they provide to other countries. And you can NOT buy an F35 or Apache or anything by going direct to the company. You have to go thru the DoD. And I'm certain that they DO have a kill switch.
