Hey Tom,

That looks like a tasty recipe. My dad is a big fish nut and I think he'll really appreciate the recipe. Question is, can this recipe be converted to where the spread could be put on a fillet and then baked?

To round out your substitution list, may I suggest avocado for half of the cream cheese and lemon juice as an alternative to vinegar? Here in the neighborhood of IDTI, there's a lemon tree in the back yard and avocados can be reasonable. Sometimes I make a fish sandwich with salmon & avo instead of tuna & mayo.

Oops, I see you're from Wisconsin. Maybe there's no substitute for cheese.
