Morning EKS.....Thanks for that Ai look...

I bought a small bit in early January and early March....May add a bit more if we get another nice dip or two....

My major worries with them are Canada's liberal politics / policies, tax rates, environmental wacko judges / court injunctions....

I agree with you on the current divy being unsustainable....my forward payout ratio shows 108.5, I would be happy with a divy in the $1.25 to $1.50 range, I would be overjoyed to see forward payout ratio down below 75.0, hopefully over the longer term, they can avoid any self generated major mis-steps and keep the share price out of the ditch + keep the divy coming....

Could you give me and Ai outlook for MNR ??? I started a small position in early March.

Can the Ai presenters voices be changed? I would like one them to sound like the Landman guy (Billy Bob Thornton) and the other presenter to sound like Slim Pickens!

It is also ok if they curse and spit chewing tobacco during the presentation!

Have you found any major share price drops/disparities/opportunities created by the current US/CAN political hoopla....Openings to take advantage of.....???

I looked at lumber / nothing major that I see, Steel maybe ASTL, O&G / Electricity and Automotive, Railroads and Industry......I'm not sure about those areas

Thanks for any help!
