Thx Will for a detail expose of the TEMIC deal. I have not understood the rationale for the purchase of TEMIC except as an acquisition to
generate growth downstream. The big question is how far downstream.?

And subtract 140 million, i.e. the recent sale of a part to Atmel and, the deal is looking very very good. Unfortunately, I don't know enough about the value of the business sold to Atmel, except that is sales of integrated circuits was about 300 million (source yahoo news). I guess we now know that VSH will have about an additional 400 million in sales (accounting for 80% interest in SILI).
