I vote against options re-pricing for the basic reasons most would.

I own another jr. that wants to reprice options. It must be that this is a significant part of mgmt. compensation and with the 97 debacle, all options will expire before reaching in the money. I don't know which way to vote myself.

I will have to wait for my package to arrive. Our mail takes longer than most destinations.

Will examine who gets the options and how much they have been compensated otherwise.
