This whole judge thing is a joke... The president's decision regarding any international matter is NOT subject to judicial review under any circumstances... The Supreme Court has already said this in 1948 when some lunatic judge tried to stop Truman from carrying out his duties as president... Thomas Jefferson had the same problem with "midnight judges" since they were appointed by John Adams late in the evening before the day that Jefferson took the oath of office... This kind of bullshit never holds up and has been threaded all throughout our history... When Lincoln in his speech said "Of the people, by the people ,and for the people," he was specifically referring to the frivolous judicial interference which is against the people's choice since our government is of the people by the people, and for the people and NOT of, by, or for any asshole judge who thinks she/she is above the choice of We The People...
