I agree that the semiconductor guys are gonna build their plants cause they need to reduce dependence on taiwan and are getting nice incentives to boot. the car guys I will believe it when i see it. they can read the tea leaves better than I can. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to predict that the dems take the house back in the next election if not sooner.
