You've got flash flood watches down your way I hear. The rain has eased off here, but the wind is picking up...AND NOW HEAR THIS! I see a patch of blue! Had to spend a good part of Saturday clearing drains behind a retaining wall, it was acting like a dam and holding back water under the house. Thought I'd clear them out or move (ooze) down into the canyon...like it or not.
