Pete: You got me. I can't make head nor tail feather about that reference to "pelicans." ;-) Suffice it to say, my preference leans to callers who, unlike the obnoxious Randy, use valuable air time to ask salient questions or proffer brief commentary, not start their own talk show within a talk show or attempt to outdo Brinker at his own game. These latter I find utterly repug- nant. To be sure, I have written these opinions in the hope that either Brinker himself or the Amazing Driveling Randy might visit these words. I hardly think I am the only one of Brinker's Money Talk regulars suffering mightily from a Reflux Randy overdose. That being said, this is the Brinker thread. I believe my comments to be consistent with the "charter." Parenthetically, like many, I am a big fan of Don Lane whose steelie-eyed honesty and deep know- ledge of Mr. Brinker's canon, in my view, is most refreshing and illuminating, respectively.
