Thanks for the article, Sharkie. I've read it before. It was on Reddit.

One thing that strikes me about "distributive bargaining" is that it follows the Finite Pie Theory to a T.

I've often criticized the socialist left for believing in the Finite Pie Theory. They're poor because Elon Musk is rich. Therefore, we have to "redistribute" his wealth through taxes.

Now Trump is turning the Finite Pie Theory back around onto everyone else, especially with his tariff bullshit.

He thinks there is a "winner" and a "loser" in every trade deficit. We're getting poorer because China is getting richer.

That also explains why he thinks we're "subsidizing Canada" to the tune of $200B.

I've often accused Obama, Brandon, and Harris of being economically illiterate, but at least those three didn't take such extreme measures to dismantle our economy.

Trump is.

And that makes his economic illiteracy incredibly destructive to our economy.
