Powerwave's new high power multi-carrier RF power amplifier system can be used with either AMPS, TDMA, CDMA or mixed mode (AMPS/TDMA or AMPS/CDMA) transmissions in the 869 to 894 MHz cellular band. Due to the flexible design of Powerwave's system intelligent combiner, power levels can be scaled from 60 Watts to 200 Watts depending on system requirements.
