Yep,

A minerals deal with Europe would be perfect.

Then they can control their own destiny on the continent.

Ukraine has large deposits of rare earth elements and none of them have ever been extracted profitably and research on them is classified.

Ukraine has the added benefits of no functioning mines registry or land title system and no dispute resolution mechanism.

To bring a proper functioning drill into Ukraine that costs $1,000,000 you will pay $2,000,000 in import fees.

Ukraine is hopelessly corrupt and has never been open for business but it is open for stealing 24/7 and this will not change with free elections or promises from Zelensky, this is how Ukrainians and Russians both operate.

And then we have a place called Montana, we can access Montana by existing roads and they have awesome people and lots of REE.

However, even in beautiful Montana deplorable trolls can be encountered. youtube.com
