I think it should reach the mid 30s sometime this week, have a bounce, then retest the low ...

I live in the area but do not know much about the company. Listening to the business talk radio over the weekend I heard quite a bit of discussion of CIEN. I did not hear much on the fundamentals (this thread is much better for that) but there was quite a bit of chart reading and hand wringing. People looking for an entry point were advised to wait, the radio analysts felt that the stock might see the mid thirties before a turn around. Not that I put much stock in their prognostications but I mention it only as a window in the local psychology.
