grantsi:

I think much of it is for reasons I stated to Dean. Currently NPEC is up roughly 2.2 times from its low while MDIN is up roughly 5.5 times from its low. Currently trading at roughtly 7:1 where earlier it was 3:1. I think once we approach 10:1, NPEC may begin to move with it, however, there are still some circumstances in my post that may cause NPEC to appreciate a little more slowly. NPEC is still way undervalued though so I don't think there's much to be concerned over, water will eventually find its level, as will gold. <G>
