Austin, TX, February 18th 1998 - CyBerCorp, an Austin, TX based stock
market trading technology and brokerage firm, has executed its first
electronic customer orders on NASDAQ by way of what it describes as a
"Virtual Trading Room". The first customer started trading last week
using the CyBerTrader software from his office in New York, NY.

Philip Berber, Founder and CEO of CyBerCorp, CyBerBroker's parent
company, believes "it is important to distinguish between first
generation Internet-based on line brokerage accounts, such as E Trade
and e.Schwab which is used mainly by occasional investors. CyBerTrader
is a high-speed, real time day trading technology for professional,
active and experienced day traders."

Over one million investors already use the Internet and on line
brokerage accounts to forward their orders to the US stock markets.
CyBerBroker provides its customers with CyBerTrader, an advanced
integrated trading environment, specifically designed for active day
traders.

The Virtual Trading Room allows individuals to trade from their home PC
as if they were sitting in an institutional trading room. "The decision
support systems, risk management systems, speed and depth of market
data and order execution is as good or better than most professional
Money Managers see or use" says Berber. The CyBerTraders send their
orders along CyBerNet, a private Intranet, to CyBerCenter, the network
and computing Center in Austin, TX through CyBerBroker, the NASD broker
dealer.

"We have been able to position ourselves to benefit from two growth
phenomenon - the use of the Internet and networking, allowing
individuals to enter stock market orders from their PCs, plus the
emergence of the day trading industry throughout the US" says Berber

The first remote CyBerTrader, who goes by the name of "Dr Risk" on
Silicon Investor, posted a message on Silicon Investor saying "It is
truly another world. You are to be credited for breaking new ground for
the individual trader. I will forever be indebted to you for showing me
a new vista on Wall Street and life. Congratulations on your pioneering
courage"

CyBerCorp was formed in 1995 and designed and developed the CyBerTrader
technology over an 18 month period and has been licensing the software
to broker dealers who run day trading firms throughout the US. One year
ago the firm employed 4 people, in 600 sq. feet, serving a handful of
day traders. Today the company employs 21 people in 6000 sq. feet
supporting almost 400 traders in around 45 day trading locations
throughout the US. Traders currently use CyBerTrader to execute around
9 million shares each day on NASDAQ, around 1.5% of the average daily
volume, and NYSE executions have recently become available.
