I have script data in my hands for every wk from 1/10/97 thru today. But due to incredible time constraints I cannot post it now nor can I comment on my talk's today with both VVUS mgmt as well as with Street analysts about IMS data. (which by the way was very POSITIVE) If someone who knows me wants to call me or e-mail me I will fax them the info and let them post it here. I am comfortable with the progression of the script data and am way too busy professionally to spend anymore time on this issue. Good Luck to ALL, DB

Robert, Yes, I agree that the Total Counts (new + refills) is what matters. But even more meaningful than that are the quarterly production, sales, and earnings figures reported by the company. Why does The Street pay so much attention to the (flawed) weekly numbers? DR BOND can address that better than I can. But, IMHO, they need something to do while waiting for the quarterly reports, and it gives them an excuse to trade. Cheers, David
