Thanks so much for the clarification esecurities. Is a "beneficial shareholder" different from simply being a shareholder? Just curious.

Was able to contact Steve Schneider today. Regarding WebFiler; he says that they have kept key developers. My understanding was that R&D was scaled back on WebFiler but still was ongoing.
Regarding earnings; waiting for auditors to sign off, should be no surprises from previous release and should be out within next 2 weeks.
Have you been in touch recently.
