Miraje, *Activist* judges will correctly be slapped down, but voters, especially GOP voters, hold the key to potential Congressional *activism*. I absolutely LOVE how you call judges and members of Congress "activist" anytime they dare stand in Trump's way. Checks and balances are safeguards that are meant to limit the damage that a single branch of government could cause. An "activist" judge implies that the judge is trying to circumvent or reinterpret the law in ways that benefit a specific agenda, particularly one that is unilaterally pursued. Guess who is trying to circumvent every law out there and reinterpret it in the most asinine of ways? That's right, it's Trump. If it weren't for double standards, MAGA would have no standards. I'm willing to wait and see how it washes out, The hysterical people screaming the loudest along with their fakenews are the same ones that told us "Russia,Russia,Russia", the laptop was Russian disinformation, the border is sealed, crime was down, and Biden was at the top of his game running the country. (into the ground) They all lied...INTENTIONALLY. I'll go with Trump who was 100% right all along. I'm also very impressed with his financial team of experts and occasional consultants from the financial world and big tech.
