Home buyers are ecstatic with Trump. 30 year is back in the 5's.

5.875 in HI before the bond market rallied today. Monday looks like 5.625

Now you can give credit to trump for another win.

Chalk up a smash drop in gas prices this week along with it.

2 for 2

Eric,
Trump! He owns it!
And what did we get out of it thus far?

Israel and Vietnam dropping their tariffs? Big fukkin' deal.

India might cave, but that depends on the competing priorities of PM Modi, who has to balance a shit ton of considerations, from RuZZian oil imports to American military assistance to the threat from China. And let's not forget about India's own nationalism, which is very strong and prone to discourage foreign investment.

Korea and Japan might kiss up to Trump and "repeal" tariffs that never existed in the first place. Or they could cozy up to China. (BTW Korea has its own problems right now, given that the current and impeached president was FINALLY removed from office just a few hours ago.)

Europe, of course, is already pissed off at the eyeliner-wearing couch-fukker. Who knows whether they will play hardball or softball against the U.S.?

The biggest loser in all of this, however, will be us. And for what? So that we can export a few more things to the countries that I named above? So that we can bring manufacturing back to America even though the only markets that will be accessible to the new manufacturing plants will be the domestic market?

Wrong policy, wrong data, wrong implementation by the wrong man.

Yet MAGA is cheering because the Orange Wrecking Ball is "pwning the libs." How juvenile.
