<This two companies are very similar in some aspects>

Below all in my own opinion:
you have zero idea what you are talking about. the bodyshops, as IMRS,CBSL,CHRZ,MAST,KEA and SYNT have so affectionately been called by the SI wiseguys, have further diverged. CBSL, MAST and SYNT are making new highs, not only because of their Y2K projects, but more so because of their enormously profitable ERP outsourcing business. SYNT's purchase of WayPointe was very positive. These extremely profitable businesses are there to stay after Y2K. CHRZ, KEA and IMRS will languish for a while, until the fifth wave of buying (a la Elliot Wave) comes into play (sometime in the future). That is the reason why Sanan of IMRS is trying to distance himself from all-Y2K outsourcing business. IMRS will come back very strong, but it will take some time. By the way, the Y2K stock that is about to emabark on an explosive wave of buying is TAVA.
