I have a question for you. A very important question. We know that Netmaster owns Softbank Interactive Marketing. Now tell me what your take on this stock is.

If you think I'm not intelligent because I demand facts before I invest, then your opinion speaks for
itself. People may make a ton of money on NETZ, but it will be because of luck, not good business
judgment.

Sir, they own Softbank Interactive Marketing.

But just keep in mind that that is what you are doing: gambling. As with all gambling, you might hit
the jackpot, but the more likely consequence is that you will lose everything.

Sir, they own Softbank Interactive Marketing.

I think you've missed the boat. They own Softbank Interactive Marketing. They have 65% of the company. Does anyone else see this as a positive?

Have i missed something? Tell me why you think this is merely hype. Just because they don't have an update on their financials doesn't mean that this is purely hype.

Do you think a company that owns softbank interactive marketing is worth less than one buck? No matter how many shares are out of the float?

Well, then I wish you well.

Justin, pretty thin skinned for someone who aligns himself with the chump. We welcome anyone to this thread who has something constructive to add. Any facts that you can provide to help anyone make a reasoned decision would be appreciated, but if you choose to chump along that's how you'll be viewed. That is MY opinion and to quote you, my "opinion speaks for itself".
I do disagree with your statement, "People may make a ton of money on NETZ, but it will because of luck, not good business judgment".
I have never seen a START-UP company that could post a proven long term track record and financials. ZULU-tek is very much a start-up company. They have $30+million in sales and to me that equates to credibility.

I can't imagine any more effective press than todays release. The world will discover ZULU-tek, we were lucky enough to discover it first. Most of us on this thread have asked ourselves all the questions that you pose and have chosen to invest on the strengths that are visible. PRODUCT, MANAGEMENT, and the obvious OPPORTUNITY that goes with INTERNET ADVERTISING. Black 18 on a roulette wheel is a gamble. NETZ/ZULU-tek is an investment.
You can't have reviewed the past year for NETZ. They were nothing more than a shell, now they are an Internet Advertising force that is already rated among the top in the business. Read the press. Not what NETZ says about NETZ, but what everyone else is saying. DELL,MSFT,AOL etc. may very well be missed opportunities, but I will not miss out on ZULU-tek.
Examine what we do know about NETZ! With an open mind. They will do all the right things and build the paper foundation to earn the respectability that goes with a big board listing. The selling price then will be 10X what it was last week and I'd have missed another opportunity.
Good luck with your chosen investments!
JOE

True. Keeping an open sceptical mind will increase your chances of success many times. To do so with a stock in the position NETZ is in is a real challenge.

No one has posted fundamentals here. No one knows what the company is up to, because the company isn't saying.

Fundamentals in their complete form is nowhere to be had. It is the thing we are (have been) waiting for. I don't think that it is all that odd it hasn't happened yet.

The company became NETZ in August '97 and has made all the right moves in that time. It is IMO fairly obvious what NETZ is up to. They want a piece of the on line advertizing business. Everything they have done points in that direction. That would be an insane amount of effort and money if they only are out to fool some people of their money. Besides the core people (Burgess, Meachem etc) have a solid rep of building business. They wouldn't want that tarnished.

They will speak as soon as they have a chance to catch their breath. Besides, we (individual investors) are not their intended audience, Wall Street is.

Even if hype gets NETZ above $1, more than hype will be required to keep it there.

Very true. And my 'gamble' is that they will present financials that reasonably will support a price in the $5 to $15 range. Keep in mind that this is the BB and there are no 'sure things' to be had. If you play, be prepared to pay.

Even if you don't, you're missing out on great gains elsewhere: it's funny to note that while nothing substantial has happened with NETZ over the past year, established stocks like DELL, MSFT, and AOL have doubled, tripled, and quadrupled.

What exactly do you mean? I hope you aren't seriously comparing NETZ (a seven month old company) with established big board 'home runs'? I am fairly certain that all those big board stocks you mention were small companies with growing pains in the beginning.

I think you have a good basic viewpoint but I feel that some of your points are a little skewed. Maybe I am not reading you right?

Anyway, good luck should you invest in NETZ. It will be a bumpy ride.
