Bob,

I've got to believe that Bob F. has, as one CFO I once worked for says, "some money in the drawer" in reserves. Typically when a company like IFMX is in a turn around situation, they are very careful about managing the turn around long term. One good quarter followed by a loss in the next could undo any credibility of the current management team.

So while I believe that IFMX wanted to make a statement that they're back financially, I also believe that they've hedged some, possibly with accrued expenses. If so, it will show up in the balance sheet. Another method that is sometimes used is to push sales out to the next quarter, although I doubt it here, since top-line growth is a big issue.

Good Luck

Jim
