Is this the same analyst/director from Bear Stearn that downgraded Intel from "buy" to "neutral" and cut earning estimate for 1998 from $4.40 to $$3.65 5 weeks ago (Jan. 14), if not, there must be some infighting going on or someone who have just realized that the train is pulling away.
