Let's take the name-calling off the table, and just stipulate Trump is always bullying.

Tentative deals have been struck over the last 36 hours on Tariffs:

Argentina - Zero tariffs
Vietnam - Very favorable (and civil) discussions for both parties
Israel - Zero tariffs, allegedly.
India - Negotiating (not bullying) a bilateral trade deal.
Thailand - In negotiation.
Canada - Deal pending.
Mexico - Deal pending.
Cambodia - tariffs reduced from 35% to 5%, allegedly

Several other countries (Japan, South Korea, Taiwan) have been mentioned but no firm deals as yet.

No reports of using power, fear, or intimidation to control or coerce someone into compliance. That's odd. He always bullys.

I have to wonder if Noodles ever negotiated anything that didn't involve a huge imbalance in power.

What he describes sounds more like extortion than a negotiation.
